A medium cider bursting with the quintessential taste of the Herefordshire hedgerow. A rich blend of wild berries creates it’s deep crimson tone. The delicate strawberry nose comes through leaving the wonderful afternotes of the bramble blackberries finish. 4%
This is not a dream in a dream, nor does it feature Leonardo Dicaprio, but it is the starting point of our journey into beautiful carbonated exciting liquids. We are now in possession of a Brand new 35hl brew house with a lauter, coupled with fermenters, hop cannon, shell tube heat exchange directly to our whirlpool, flow controls, underback, sight glasses, hop backs,| kegging machine, yeast propagation tank, and plenty of other really exciting things. 4.4%
Our pale ale. Inspired by the ridiculously tasty hoppy beers we discovered, we got brewing our own versions, over and over again, while listening to the blues greats. The heady concoction of old time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed us from the start and the rolling man was born in these sessions! Incredibly soft and delicate with intense tropical fruit hop aromatics and saturation, this is our vision of the perfect pale ale0 5.2%
A visual and gustatory treat. Fresh papaya and guava aromas are matched by rich tropical flavours from the new world hops. A lingering sweetness compliments the hidden bitterness. 4.2%
With a palate that is fresh, piercing and focused,complemented by soft malt overtones and pronounced citrus flavours. A strong focus of taut, lemony, grapefruit on the finish which is balanced by a dry bitterness. Hops:Mosaic, Citra and Ekuanot. 4.5%
Made with Herefordshire red apples, Inch’s is a lightly sparkling cider with a fresh apple aroma,. It is a medium cider which means every drop is crafted to be perfectly balanced between sweet and dry for great tasting refreshment. They make it with 100% British apples, grown within 40 miles form their Hereford farm. 4.5% 4.5%
Thundering molly is a well rounded medium cider. Fresh and fruity with a lovely apple aroma. Gorgeous golden colour and a balanced finish. Made on their Herefordshire farm from 100% cider apples. Made from a blend of bitter sweet and sharp cider apples 5.2%
We’ve been working on a crushable and quaffable Session IPA, think fruity hop character with a delicate finish, starting as we mean to go on. Get yourself aboard the Beartown beer train, we don’t know where it’s going, or stopping, but it’s going to be an exciting ride.
