Golden Eagle, inspired by the most noble of the American birds of prey is a classic Czech style pilsner made with super soft water and noble Saaz hops for a refreshing and crisp finish with just a hint of spice. 4.5%
A cosy winter ale made using Maris Otter malt, it has biscuity notes and is golden in colour. With its mixture of US and UK hops, it has soothing characteristics of orange, marmalade and spice. Traditional flavours for the time of year, this ale will keep you warm, long into the night. 4.5%
Charlie Brown is named after Brewer Charlie Edwards, the creator of this month’s cask special! A rich nutty brown ale with earthy undertones and notes of caramel and toffee. An all-British line up of hops in Northdown, Target and East Kent Goldings make for a complex, smooth and beautifully balanced beer.
Made with Herefordshire red apples, Inch’s is a lightly sparkling cider with a fresh apple aroma,. It is a medium cider which means every drop is crafted to be perfectly balanced between sweet and dry for great tasting refreshment. They make it with 100% British apples, grown within 40 miles form their Hereford farm. 4.5% 4.5%
Thundering molly is a well rounded medium cider. Fresh and fruity with a lovely apple aroma. Gorgeous golden colour and a balanced finish. Made on their Herefordshire farm from 100% cider apples. Made from a blend of bitter sweet and sharp cider apples 5.2%
